I'm blind and I know too well the challenges of experiencing a power cut at home during the winter months. It can be especially difficult not knowing who to contact for information, especially when it's freezing outside and inside. That's why I've teamed up with SP Energy Networks to raise awareness of its free Priority Services Register. It can be a real Lifeline for many. The Priority Services Register can provide support during power cuts to people living with a disability, those aged over 60 and families with kids under 5 years old. Plus SP Energy Networks will try to proactively contact you if there's a known problem with a power supply in your area. Signing up is easy and could be done in a few different ways.
