Signing up brings benefits including proactive contact during a power cut so you know when the power will be back on. You'll also get access to a dedicated Priority Services Register number for immediate assistance. When you join the Priority Services team will inform your energy supplier so no need to worry about that hassle. This service isn't just for longterm support, you can also register for the short-term like during recovery from an operation, pregnancy, or if you are recently bereaved.
