We are delighted to be the lead sponsor and network licensee at this year’s Low Carbon Networks & Innovation (LCNI) Conference at Liverpool’s ACC 24th-26th November.
As well as showcasing our drive and ambition to innovate in the best interests of our customers and stakeholders to a delegate attendance in excess of 1000, the conference provides an opportunity to demonstrate the real benefits that we are delivering from our projects while sharing best practice with industry colleagues.
Over the past couple of months, the preparation for this, the most significant event of its kind in the UK, has been an enormous task - with over 30 presentations, 20 interactive iPad presentations and not to mention the largest stand the SP Energy Networks team have ever used, this has been no mean feat.
DIrector of Engineering, Colin Taylor said: "The conference provides the perfect platform for SP Energy Networks to showcase just some of our projects, including Accelerating Renewable Connections (ARC) & Flexible Networks with the key influencers in the energy sector including Andrea Leadsom MP, Minister of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change; Dr Alan Whitehead MP, the Shadow Energy Minister plus many more significant attendees from National Grid, Ofgem & the other Distribution Network Operators. The UK’s low-carbon eyes are watching us"
Our new interactive stand has exciting zones which allow delegates to:
- View an interactive snapshot of our projects
- Provide electronic feedback
- Attend “drop-by” regular presentations
